WTEF COVID Protocol
COVID-19: Participants are reminded that it is their responsibility to be aware of and follow any facility, local or state guidelines in addition to following all MAS Event Play Guidelines. Due to ongoing challenges associated with the pandemic there may be situations where a posted event may need to modify draw sizes, formats, divisions, or COVID protocols to ensure safety for all participants.
By registering for an event, a player is agreeing to compete regardless of the current or evolving COVID-19 site requirements or event modifications. A player may opt not to play if protocols change or if they are exposed to the virus, however they will not be eligible for a refund. Participants are reminded that participating while knowingly exposed or infected is not acceptable. Adhering to these expectations is critical to creating safe play opportunities for our tennis community.
Participants (and spectators where permitted) must be prepared for any of the following requirements:
Limited or no spectators
Mask requirements off court at all times
Mask requirements while playing
Proof of Vaccination or negative test requirement to enter the facility
Mandatory Vaccination requirement to enter facility
Current WTEF COVID-19 Policy:
- Players must remain masked at all times while in any indoor setting at WTEF, except when in play on indoor courts.
- Spectators and players off of the court must remain masked while in the building.
- Vaccinated (fully vaccinated, including booster shots) players must show proof of vaccination prior to entering the indoor court space.
- Unvaccinated (or not fully vaccinated) players must show a negative test, either PCR negative taken within the previous 48 hours or rapid test taken within the previous 4 hours.
