Tennis Coach

Reporting to the Tennis Director, Tennis Pros are responsible for assisting WTEF's strategy, operations, and programs in support of our mission.  S/he must demonstrate a passion for teaching tennis as well as learning new ways to grow the sport. We are looking for coaches who believe in the 10U ball progression.   USPTA or PTR certification preferred.  All WTEF coaches must complete the online module and coursework compliant with NetGeneration's coaching framework. 

Nutrition Consultant

Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Nutrition Education Consultant will assist with carrying out the requirements of a project focused on providing nutrition education to DC-area preschoolers. S/he must have project management and training facilitation experience, as well as experience providing nutrition education to children ages 2-5. S/he must possess exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. 

Director of Development

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Development is responsible for assisting the CEO on developing and updating a strategic development plan, then ensuring its execution. The ideal candidate has good judgment, a strong work ethic, demonstrated organizational/logistical skills, an attention to detail, is willing to take initiative, and is capable of “managing up”, so as to efficiently and effectively leverage the CEO’s time for development/fundraising purposes. She or he must possess a passion for WTEF’s mission, a commitment to innovation, and exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Director of Operations

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Operations is responsible for WTEF’s internal operations, including human resource systems and financial management. The Director of Operations is also responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, demonstrated organizational/logistical skills, an attention to detail, and is willing to take initiative. She or he must possess a passion for WTEF’s mission, a commitment to innovation, and exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
