Congressional Charity Tennis Tournament (CCTT)
Join the fun at WTEF’s annual Congressional Charity Tennis Tournament (CCTT) on Monday, September 26, 2016, at our beautiful East Capitol Campus!
Sponsors enjoy the opportunity to send a team of players to compete with and against members of Congress and tennis legends. Sponsorship levels range from $2,500 to $50,000. The event runs from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. A light lunch will be served.
The CCTT offers a warm, fun atmosphere and plenty of interaction among the players, providing an unusually intimate and memorable venue for meeting members of Congress. The tournament uses a doubles round robin format.
Co-chaired this year by Senator Shelley Moore Capito and Representative Joyce Beatty, the CCTT has attracted many members of Congress in years past, including Senators Capito, Dan Coats, and Kirsten Gillibrand as well as Representatives Beatty, Bob Goodlatte, Jared Huffman, Luke Messer, Jim Moran, Erik Paulsen, Bobby Scott, Fred Upton, Mel Watts, Kevin Yoder, and Fred Upton.
Tennis Legends confirmed for this year’s CCTT include Zina Garrison, Lori McNeil, Greg Paukstis, Richey Renenberg, Kathy Rinaldi, and Dan Waldman.
Most important, the funds raised through the CCTT benefit WTEF and its award-winning programs that help underserved children and youth to succeed at school and on the court.
